    BIOGRAPHY AND RESEARCH INTEREST

    BIOGRAPHY

     

    Her research was focused on the postmortem pharmacokinetics of drugs of abuse with a focus on morphine, fentanyl and their metabolites. By using rat models, a comparison between the antemortem and postmortem pharmacokinetics will be made for the above mentioned drugs with a look into the phenomenon of postmortem re-distribution.

    sje is a recipient of the NIJ Graduate Research Fellowship in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics and a member of the Society of Forensic Toxicologists (SOFT).
